This deservedly shone in the Nov-Dec 2010 issue of Winestate magazine with their top 5 star rating. First of all in the Coonawarra tasting that prompted one judge to observe it was the classiest flight of wines he's seen in years and then it romped into the best red buys under $20. Their review nailed it as "huge, dark, dense, inky wine with an "impenetrable" crimson colour. Dusty oak mingles with blackberry fruit aromas and the palate shows lashings of blueberry fruit. Quite tannic but it's balanced."
An extraordinary bargain, grossly underpriced by the maker.
